Message from the Representative
I grew up in a tourist area in Shinshu, feeling the boundless blessings of nature. Seeing tourists visit this town since I was a child, I came to believe that the true home for people, and for life itself, lies within nature.
In modern society, there’s a noticeable trend of pursuing only performance and high-tech. The housing industry, too, seems to be moving further and further away from the forest, which should be our home. Having been involved in building villas through resort development, I feel strongly that the place where people find peace must be the home where their family lives.
A house is a place where people grow, a place to heal fatigue, and a place to enjoy life. Because it’s such an irreplaceable place, I believe it must be a building where one can feel secure, which is why I started the housing construction business. Therefore, for Wald homes, the “forest,” the source of nature, is both the starting point and the goal.
While involved in this work, I want to help as many people as possible build better homes.
