Wald Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) uses customer personal information for the following purposes:

1. (1) To respond to inquiries or send materials.
2. (2) For use and provision as statistical information in a format that does not identify individuals.

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the customer’s consent.
However, the Company may entrust personal information to subcontractors (delivery companies, printing companies, etc.) who are bound by confidentiality obligations within the scope of the above purposes of use. If requested to refer to, correct, or delete personal information, the Company will respond within a reasonable scope.

The Company recognizes that protecting customer privacy and personal information is fundamental to its business activities and an extremely important matter, as well as a social responsibility. The Company handles personal information entrusted by customers appropriately.

The Company clarifies the purpose of collecting personal information and collects, uses, entrusts, and provides it only within the scope of that purpose. When requested to disclose, correct, or delete one’s own personal information, the Company will respond within a reasonable period and scope.

2. Implementation of Safety Measures

To ensure the accuracy and security of personal information, the Company implements safety measures, including information security measures that have been conventionally implemented, and strives to prevent and rectify unauthorized access to personal information, or the loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information.

When entrusting the handling of personal information to external parties, the Company selects contractors who can comply with its personal information protection policy and manages and supervises their handling.

3. Laws and Regulations Concerning Personal Information

The Company complies with laws and other norms concerning personal information.

Safety Measures for Personal Information

The Company strives diligently to manage and operate customer personal information safely, implementing reasonable and appropriate safety measures against risks such as unauthorized external access to personal information, and the loss, damage, alteration, leakage, or unauthorized outflow of personal information.
